Open to management teams of startup, growth and later stage venture capital backed companies. The award recognises a management team's outstanding contribution to the development and growth venture-backed company, demonstrating strategic vision and overall development of the business.
International Impact Management Team of the Year
This award is open to all private equity and venture-backed companies. It acknowledges the leadership and achievement of portfolio company management teams in unlocking value and contributing to the development and success of their businesses on an international scale.
Exit Management Team of the Year
Open to all companies that exited in 2011. It recognises the achievements of the management teams of private equity and venture capital-backed companies in contributing to the growth, value creation and strategic direction of their businesses and demonstrating substantial returns on investment and wider business impact.
Community & Environmental Action Award
Open to companies making an outstanding contribution to the local community and/or environmental sustainability. This will include a commitment to areas such as; local employment, community volunteer schemes, charity work, creating a positive working environment, pioneering green technology, responsible product sourcing.
CEO of the Year
This award is presented to a CEO who has enjoyed a successful and inspiring career at the helm of one or many private equity and venture capital-backed companies in the UK.
